At Your Service Caters had an amazing year of events in 2015. From lots of weddings at venues ranging from Backyard events to right on the sandy beaches of orange county with the waves of  the pacic ocean crashing in the background. Also our sister company Laguna Beach Luaus had a great year as well. Catering & Coordination of many Traditional Hawaiian Style Luau Events all over Southern California. Some of our favorite venues for all our events were Salt Creek Beach, Casa Romantica in San Clemente, Backyard Events in San Clemente and Laguna Beach, Giracci Vineyard in Silverado Canyon, Huntington Beach, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, the Historic Cottage, OC Sailing & Event Center,  the Ocean Institute, Newland Barn in Huntington Beach,   are just a few of the many different venues / locations we had the privelage to cater  & coordinate, be a part of excellent weddings, luaus, and special events.

Holiday Luau Party at Ocean Institute

This past Saturday Dec 5, “At Your Service” catered and coordinated JBA Company Holiday Party at the Ocean Institute Surf Room in Dana Point. This was a Hawaiian Luau themed company event complete with traditional island style food. This menu was coconut shrimp & crab cakes, along with a fruit & cheese display for appetizers, then for the entree’ we served a salad, hawaiian sweet rolls, teriyaki beef skewers, macadamia nut wild rice, and speciality stuffed island chicken. Dessert was cake and assorted pies. This amazing luau party overlooked the ocean in dana point harbor and during the event luau hula dancers and a fire tossing dancer was the entertainment.

Eric & Taylor Wedding at Casino San Clemente Venue

We with “At Your Service” were honored to cater and be a part of
Eric & Taylor’s special day. They were married on a gorgeous day October 24, 2014 in
San Clemente at one of our favorite venues, “Casino San Clemente”
The weather was ideal, for food there were had taco stands and the wedding had a old world
mexican fiesta party theme to it.
