Client Appreciation Luau Party

We just recently catered Oriana Shea’s Luau Client Appreciation Party

this past Saturday August, 12, 2017 at the
Alamitos Bay Yacht Club in Long Beach.

There were 70 guests

and we served a traditional luau menu.
Appetizers of Spring Rolls with sweet chili sauce & Coconut Shrimp with mango sauce.

Entree’s were Maui Pineapple Chicken, Kahlua Pork
Macadamia Nut Wild Rice, Grilled Vegetable Medley

with Amazing Cake pops  & cookies for desserts.
For entertainment there was Hawaiian Dancing Girls and a Fire Dancer.
We had this incredible ocean front venue decorated with lots of Tiki Torches, Florals, and Island style themed Decor’.
It was our 2nd year in a row catering & coordinating this incredible event and we look forward to many more years of being able to service Oriana Shea and her incredible company.

Kathy & Scott’s Backyard Hawaiian Luau Party

We had the pleasure to be a part of Kathy & Scott’s Luau Party at their beautiful home in Mission Viejo, Ca on April 15, 2017.  This Hawaiian Luau Event was a small and intimate affair among close family and friends.  As guests arrived  we gave them  Seashell Lei Greeting and all the guest tables were decorated with Island style centerpieces that included florals. At the buffet for food we served a traditional island style menu that Included a Fresh Fruit and Cheese Display,  2 hand passed appetizers of  Sweet & Sour Meatballs + Egg rolls.  Main Course was Polynesian Mixed Green Salad,  a Hawaiian Pasta Primavera Salad, Kahlua Pork, Polynesian Grilled Chicken with a Mango Salsa, Macadamia Nut Wild Rice, Grilled Vegetables, Hawaiian Sweet Rolls and Island Style Cake for Dessert. Later in the evening there was a Polynesian Dancer & Fire Show for entertainment along with traditional Luau Music being played throughout the whole event. A really fun night was had by everyone involved.

Giracci Vineyard Wedding of Lauren & Jake

Last year on May 21, 2016 we had the pleasure to cater Lauren & Jake Wedding at the amazing outdoor venue Giracci Vineyards in Silverado Canyon.  This was truly one of our all time favorite wedding events. The wedding was based on travel – destination themes, since Lauren & Jake are avid world travelers.  With a full bar, different types of food menu, lots of dancing from family and friends truly made this a wedding to remember.  A big thanks to borrowedandblue.com for the excellent write up as well.

Salt Creek Beach Wedding of Monica & Javier

On March 18, 2017 we had the pleasure to be of service to Monica & Javier. Their Wedding took place at one of our favorite locations Salt Creek Beach. This was a true destination wedding as the bride & groom are from arizona.  Nearly everyone one in attendance was from out of state, and even some family members came from mexico. The happy couple tied the knot in front of family & friends on the sandy beach, then everybody  proceeded up to the lawn area for cocktails, appetizers, reception, and dancing everyone had a great time.

Hi Priscilla! Omg thank you soooo much for being such a wonderful and easy person to talk to!  You were great!!!! Everything was beautiful!!! I can’t thank you enough! Javi and I were in love with how beautiful everything was! I will definitely write a good review and once I get more photos I’ll send them to you!

Lili & Michael Wedding at O.C. Sailing & Event Center

On Feb 17, 2017 we had the pleasure to be of service to Lili & Michael. Their Wedding was scheduled to take place at one of our favorite locations Salt Creek Beach.
We kept a close watch on the weather as there was a dangerous storm forecasted for their Feb 17 wedding day. As the forecast got worse we decided to move their dream wedding to another indoor wedding venue that the County of Orange had available. Thank God!!
The wedding took place at the O.C. Sailing & Events Center in Dana Point, Ca. Signature Party Rentals did a fantastic job of piping and draping the venue with fairy lights, bistro bulb lighting, and beautiful crystal chandeliers.  The happy couple tied the knot in front of family & friends, everybody had a great time. A big thanks to the County of Orange Rangers for saving the day!

THANK YOU SO much for making our day completely magical. Words can’t even describe our gratitude to you. Miracle worker might be a start. We will totally write a review on Yelp, the knot, fb…what else? Tag you in photos? We are taking off to Hong Kong and just wanted you to know how happy we are. Carmela & Vince Wedding in Huntington Beach

In October we had the pleasure to be a part of Carmela and Vince’s Wedding on the Beach.
The Wedding was an All Inclusive Package held on the sand in Huntington Beach, CA. Priscilla Granger planned and coordinated this incredible beach wedding .
Carmela & Vince had a blended family sand ceremony.
Grilled tacos were made to order &  a wedding cake from Cinderella
When sunset hit and it got dark we had 4 fun bonfires!
